Each item is individually inspected and described based on the information available to us at the time of listing.

Many of our football shirts are pre-owned and may show signs of age or previous wear. Condition grades are intended as a guide and should be considered alongside the product description and photographs.

We encourage customers to review the complete product listing, photographs, sizing information and measurements before placing an order.

An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed by TopBinz Football Shirts.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the customer's location or the method of purchase.

Website prices are displayed in GBP. Taxes are included where applicable.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm are normally dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on public holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

UK delivery typically takes approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on the destination, delivery service and customs processing.

Where the selected delivery service provides tracking, tracking information will be supplied to the customer once available.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, customs procedures, weather or other transport disruption.

Customers may return an eligible item within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was supplied.

Returned items will be inspected after they are received by TopBinz. Once an eligible return has been approved, the refund will be processed to the appropriate payment method.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item supplied was incorrect or materially different from its product description.

Customers should follow the return instructions provided on our Returns page before sending an item back to us.

• By submitting a shirt for consideration, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the item and have the right to sell it.
• Information and photographs supplied to us should accurately represent the item being offered.
• We may request photographs of the front, back, labels and any visible wear or damage before deciding whether to inspect an item.
• Where required, you may be asked to send the shirt to TopBinz so that it can be inspected before a final offer is made.
• If an item is inspected but we decide not to purchase it, the arrangements for returning the item will be confirmed with you.
• Where TopBinz makes an offer and that offer is accepted, the agreed sale becomes binding in accordance with the terms communicated as part of that transaction.
• Payments for purchased shirts are normally made by bank transfer. Bank processing times may vary.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights that customers have under applicable consumer law.

Responsibility for items sent to TopBinz for sale or inspection will depend on the delivery arrangements agreed for that transaction.

TopBinz Football Shirts Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal information provided to TopBinz is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information may be used where necessary to process orders, arrange delivery, manage customer enquiries, process shirt submissions and meet our legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not sell customer personal information. Where necessary to provide our services, limited information may be shared with service providers such as payment processors and delivery companies.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute relating to these Terms & Conditions will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction of England and Wales.
