  2. Product Descriptions Each item is inspected and described to the best of our ability. Condition grades and descriptions are subjective, and customers are encouraged to review all product photos before purchase.
  3. Orders & Payments Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  4. Delivery Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days; international delivery times vary. Tracking details are provided for all orders. TopBinz is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
  5. Returns & Refunds You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in the same condition as sold. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrectly described
  6. Selling Your Shirt toTopBinz • By submitting a shirt for consideration, you confirm that you are the legal owner and have the right to sell the item. • All information provided must be accurate and truthful. • We require clear photographs of the shirt (front, back, labels, and any damage). • If we are interested, you will be asked to send your shirt to us for inspection. If unsuitable, it will be returned free of charge. • If we make an offer and you accept, ownership of the shirt transfers to TopBinzupon acceptance. • Payments are made via bank transfer and may take up to 10 working daysto clear, depending on your bank. 
  7. Liability • TopBinzis not responsible for any loss or damage to items in transit unless using our approved courier services. • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  8. Privacy & Data Protection • Your personal information will be used only to process orders, manage sales, and provide customer service. • We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
  9. Governing Law • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
