FAQ

Mystery Box Questions

What is a mystery football shirt box?
A TopBinz Mystery Football Shirt Box contains one authentic football shirt selected at random from our collection. Instead of choosing the team yourself, you leave the decision to us and enjoy the surprise when your box arrives.
Are all Mystery Box shirts authentic?
Yes. TopBinz only sells authentic football shirts and every shirt is checked carefully by our team.
Can I choose which team I receive?
No — that's all part of the fun! However unlike other mystery boxes, we allow you to leave us a note with teams/leagues you wish to avoid so you won't be disappointed.
Why do people buy mystery boxes?
Our customers love our mystery boxes because:
  • ✓ Authentic football shirts only
  • ✓ Hand-picked from our collection
  • ✓ Exclude teams and leagues you don't want
  • ✓ Every box is a surprise
  • ✓ No deadstock or mass-produced clearance stock
  • ✓ Guaranteed to receive a shirt worth more than the price of the box.
    • Can I subscribe instead of buying once?
Yes. All our mystery boxes are available as a monthly subscription.
    Will I receive a duplicate?
No. We keep a record of all previous Mystery Box orders, so if you've ordered from us before, we'll make sure you don't receive the same shirt twice.
Is a mystery box a good gift?
Absolutely. Especially when you don't know someones team. All you have to choose when ordering is the size. We also offer gift wrapping.
